Returns & Cancellations

Eligible returns

Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery unless the product page states a final-sale or product-specific exception. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Start a return

Email info@gypsyrockshop.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Include clear photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Do not send anything back until you receive approved return instructions.

Return shipping and refunds

The return address, label process, and any eligible shipping cost depend on the fulfillment partner and the reason for the return. We will explain the approved process before you proceed. Accepted refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved.

Cancellations

Request a cancellation as soon as possible. Once a partner begins processing the order, cancellation may no longer be available and the item may need to follow the normal return process.
